Dylan said at the start of the 8 week transformation, do you want to get in the best shape of your life? And oh boy, he wasn't kidding. I went from semi-healthy gym goer to pro in just a few weeks. I shedded off 2 stone, maintained lean muscle mass and gained a six pack!!! 

He gave me the motivation to get up and push through. The workouts varied week to week providing more challenge for my body and the diet plan was comprehensive but broken down to see component food groups.
